Classes are on-going and no pre-registration is required unless noted. (just come a bit earlier than class time to get set up).
Class cards expire in 3 months (except 1 month unlimited).
Classes range from 1 hour to 1 hour 30-minutes. (see schedule for individual classes).
Wear clothing that allows the body to move (loose or preferably stretchy clothing).
Changing Rooms are available.
Yoga is practiced in bare feet.
Bring a small towel for sweat (Astanga & Vinyasa classes), and maybe a change of clothes for going home.
It is best to practice on an empty stomach.
Beginner Students are advised to start with the Yoga Basics or Gentle Flow classes.
If you are interested in Astanga, it is advised to build a foundation for the practice in the Intro to Astanga class.
Please be sure cell phones & pagers are completely turned off during class (or left in the car).
Please avoid wearing strong perfumes. Showering is recommended before & after practice...as a courtesy to those around you, and to promote release of toxins after sweaty practices.
We highly recommend that students bring their own Yoga Mat, the one essential piece of 'equipment' you'll want! We have mats at the Studios for your use in your first classes. A selection of quality yoga mats can be purchased at the CenterSpace Boutiques.
