Yoga for Unity: Be the Change Empowerment Workshop
Fundraiser for the children of Uganda in collaboration with Off the Mat Into the World.
Take your yoga practice both on and off the mat. While undergoing an igniting practice you will also be supporting Off the Mat Into the World’s (OTM) fundraiser for children in Uganda.
This workshop will enliven your entire being in a challenging vinyasa flow practice in preparation for arm balances and inversions. On a deeper level you will be guided through teachings to help identify, understand, and deconstruct personal barriers to uncover love and your life intention while feeling empowered to take your yoga practice off the mat and out into the world.
All profits go directly to the children of Uganda.
