What's New

July 4th Schedule
 We will be offering 9:30 am all levels Flow classes at both studios on Friday July 4th. Evening classes are cancelled, and all other classes that weekend are running as scheduled. Have a wonderful holiday.

Studio Boutiques
I strongly support conscious capitalism - that is, practicing restraint from the media-induced frenzy of constant acquisition. Within the studio boutiques, we carry high quality, interesting products from companies whose offerings and activities reflect awareness and right action. Come by to browse in the boutiques or online store for great gifts to please yogis and non-yogis alike.

New at Somerset
Come visit The Book Nook. The back office has been converted to a nice place to sit, have some tea and enjoy yoga in written form. You can even borrow books!

Yoga and Live Drumming! On the last Wednesday of every month, starting 6/25, at 7pm we will be joined by drummer Chuck Wood. This is a class not to be missed!

Join us Sundays at 10:30am for the yummiest summer class... Restorative Yoga - the way to summer balance. Starting 6/22.

New at Basking Ridge
NIA has arrived - the most modern way to move your body! Wednesdays at 9:30am starting 6/25 and Fridays 6pm starting 6/27.

Kids Yoga is moving from Saturdays to Tuesdays at 4pm, starting 6/24.
