We’ve all set intentions from time to time – usually with limited success. Our conditioned minds as well as blocked or stagnant energy pathways prevent us from creating positive change and transformation in our lives.
This year, begin by setting your intention through the practice of Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra is an ancient technique of deep relaxation, extending the state between sleep and awareness. This allows the subconscious to be more receptive to receiving your intention.
After moving through a multi-level asana practice to stimulate energy flow, Lynn will guide you through a practice of deep relaxation. Lying down to receive, you will continue to deepen your connection inward, allowing the seed of your intention to blossom and true transformation to occur.
Spiritual Spring Cleaning
Detoxify, Purify, Replenish and Restore with Pascale

On our first spring weekend, let’s clean out our physical and energetic closets. Toss out the trauma, send off the suffering, discharge the disease and learn how to uncover the inherent wellness that lies beneath.
In this workshop, we bring out the whole toolbox for a purposeful, directed effort at cleansing, detox and rejuvenation.
- Detoxify with asana
- Purify with pranayama (breath-work)
- Replenish with chanting
- Restore with deep, guided relaxation
Continue the process with suggestions on food choices and lifestyle practices
The workshop will be completely interactive – movement, processing and integration – and is appropriate for all levels.
